Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Because we source directly from our suppliers to keep prices low, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, high-demand periods, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become active.
Wrong or Undeliverable Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes My Cat Nook is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
