Refund policy

We want you and your cat to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as cat treats or food)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through misuse

How to Start a Return Email us at support@mycatnook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mycatnook.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
